Had GE dishwasher installed. as with any retrofit situation, there were unexpected things to deal with. Dallas and Seth took the time and effort to work through it all and made the installation right. very satisfied customer.

Miele cooktop was installed on 1-25-22, by Allen and Devon. Both men were fully professional, knowledgeable, and completed the install in a reasonable time. They cleaned up and explained the features of the cooktop. Steve Martin was the sales person, who was also kept me informed of the delivery and installation dates. I have used Martin's for a new washer, and last year a new Miele oven. They installed the dishwasher and refrigerator (both Miele products during a new kitchen project. I highly recommend Martins and their installation service members.

We are very pleased with our new cook top and oven. Both appliances work well and look great in the kitchen. We appreciate the assistance from Martin’s in finding the look and fit we wanted.

Recently bought a washing machine at Martin’s, and am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Dean, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. He wasn’t “pushy” and gave me good info on all models, based on what I told him I wanted, rather than price point. Delivery was also excellent. Allen and Devon were courteous and extremely polite, and also very knowledgeable about how to work the machine. All my questions were answered without my even asking them! My husband and I have dealt with Martin’s for years, have never had a bad experience.

If they can make appliance shopping pleasant for my wife they’re doing something right. No pressure sales and they make the process easy and fun.

On 11/30/2021 we received our new recliner love seat after waiting almost 9 months. Martin's kept us informed every 3 or 4 months with a phone call telling us the progress of the manufacturing of our love seat. Finally the arrival of the recliner. The two delivery guys were super. They both were very nice and more important very careful with our new recliner and making sure not to mark our walls going downstairs. I will go back to Martin's in the future for more furniture.

I had many recliners from which to choose. Bought an in stock recliner on Monday and delivered today, Wednesday. The guys were efficient and polite. Thank you.
