Martin Furniture & Mattress

We stopped by the store to look for a power lift chair. To our surprise, there were several to choose from! And , the one we decided on was available to take home !! We opted to have it delivered and the guys just left. Thank you so much

I was in the Martins store today in Ephrata to purchase a recliner that had a power cable, due to upcoming shoulder surgery for myself. Very few recliners are made this way, but they did have one on the floor, but it wasn't available for immediate delivery. I explained my situation to Eve, the sale gal and she went and got the proper people involved and they allowed me to purchase this chair and it is going to be delivered next week. I have gotten many things from Martin's and was very happy that they were able to come thru for me. This is what happens when you deal with a locally owned company. 100% satisfaction!!

Linda was great to work with, she was wonderful helping us pick material for our sofa and pillows, even having us take samples home to be sure it matched our current decor. Matt/Mike were awesome delivery guys, very professional and hard working, not an easy job but they did it with a smile. Thank you each for making this a great experience.

Linda our sales associate was very good. Showed us many opinions for our new mattress. Technicians Paul & Matt were very nice and explained everything. I have never had any complaints from the Quarryville location. Very nice people.

Martin's cares about their customers. Matt C. was very patient while I was being indecisive. Technicians Paul and Matt M. made sure that my appliances worked correctly and met my satisfaction. They were very nice and made sure I knew how to operate the appliances. You do not get this kind of service from the big chain stores!

Tuesday evening is a good time to come in and lay on mattresses!! Crystal was helpful in narrowing down our options, and we were delighted when Paul & Kent delivered our final choice earlier than the 3 weeks we'd been told to expect. The adjustable base is so worth the money!!!
