by Dimensional Research, 90% of respondents said they were influenced by a customer review to purchase. That was not the final impact
of an online review, however.
The survey found that 54% of people who had a bad experience shared that with more than five people, whereas only 33% who had a
good experience shared that with more than five people. This means that customers are not only making purchasing decisions based off
of your reviews, they are also more likely to share a bad experience with others than a positive one.
