Great customer service provided by Jeff and Ben from the Ephrata store. They were very respectful of my home, called when they were on their way and were very pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised by the volume of furniture available in the showroom. We met with Marilyn - and she couldn't have been more helpful! The delivery professionals were Jeff & Ben and they were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely come back to Martin's for future purchases.

I had just purchased my first house and was in need of living room furniture. Martin's Furniture had a good selection of quality furniture to choose from. I received superior customer service from ordering with Darcy and accommodating delivery service due to winter weather being forecasted. Thank you!

We finally took the plunge and decided to update some old furniture that we bought when we got married. What a selection at Martin Furniture. Darcy was great in assisting us and when delivery day came, Jeff and his coworker were very nice and very careful with moving the new furniture in. Great job all around and we'll be back soon to update more old stuff.

Over the last several years I have purchased upholstered furniture, a mattress and even had a beautiful custom made cabinet at a huge savings from a similar one made by Ethan Allen. I have worked with Marilyn and she is extremely helpful and has good advice. I never feel rushed or pressured and all of their furniture seems to be of excellent quality.

My Husband and I bought a new home after 36 years. The model home was staged by Martins and that lead us there. We met Marilyn as we entered the door. My plan was to purchase Ethan Allen furniture but that changed as we started our journey with Marilyn. I can make design decisions quickly but this time I was struggling. She is patient, listens well and is a joyfilled women. She has experience in design and has excellent taste. I enjoyed my journey with her and not to mention, feel we got our monies worth with the furniture we bought. Please if you are looking for any furniture piece please take a visit there. We do not live in the area but would not hesitate to go back for the excellent customer service.

We just got a new box spring and mattress. We set up a delivery date and time, arranged for our daughter to be here since we were at work, and they were here within 15 minutes of the start time. I didn't realize that unless you specified a high box spring, you got the "half height" one. Not what I wanted, so I called them and they checked the warehouse and called me back before they were open the next day. Set up a delivery time again of between 9 and 10, and they were once again here shortly after 9. Switched box springs with no problem. They could not have been more helpful or courteous! Great price, fantastic service. We also bought new appliances in the last few years, and have always been very pleased. So glad to have them here in Ephrata!

I like that they don't pressure you. I like being able to look around without being attacked by a pushy sales person. They don't come up unless they ferl you need them or ask. Sometimes we just have to go and say , we have questions. Times are a changing.

Once again on Saturday, we had a wonderful experience shopping at Martin's Furniture. We ordered the perfect recliner and can't wait to get it. Your staff and lovely store is worth the drive from Exton to purchase furniture. Thank you so much for the quality, value and outstanding sales staff....just the best!
