Martin Furniture & Mattress

Annie worked with us to find a refrigerator that would fit the limited space we had available. Austin & Matt arrived exactly when expected & worked quickly & efficiently to remove our old refrigerator and install our new one. This involved removing doors of both and reinstalling them on the new machine. They were operating with less than 1/4 inch to spare but remained cheerful and courteous the entire time. They also made friends with our dog. Staff such as these three are one of the reasons we keep returning to Martin.

Titus was very thoughtful in helping us decide which model of washer would best meet our needs. Matt and Austin worked fast and efficiently, yet with utmost care, to install both washer and dryer. We appreciate their attention to the details, making sure that we were satisfied before leaving. Also we appreciate them honestly returning items which had "disappeared" inside the old dryer!

Annie was so helpful in getting me the best deal possible on our new fridge. Cannot say enough about the customer service. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Austin and Matt delivered the fridge on time and were so courteous. They were in and out in no time and I did not have to lift a finger!

Technicians Austin and Matt installed our unit with precision ever mindful of the floor and surrounding structures. A very professional job well done. Martins should be proud of those two employees.

Linda was our sales associate and she knew her products well and was very helpful and available when needed. Our delivery men were most friendly and helpful and made sure everything was in place and working. They were Conner and Matt M. It was a pleasure to do business with Martin 's.

The staff at Martin Appliance are knowledgable and friendly. We bought our new stove here after much research and comparison shopping. Can't beat their customer service, which is very important to us. Highly recommend!

First came Derrick and Melita, the sales associates at Martins in Quarryville. And Annie who phoned to arrange the delivery time. All, knowledgeable and friendly. Then Karl and Connor arrived at the house, wrestling the appliances and mattress into their designated places. What wasn't an easy job was made easier by their skill and experience. The guys were generous with their time, tools, know how and muscles.Start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. Thank you Martin's.

Aron and Austin arrived right on time and after a brief introduction went right to work, completing a moderate job neatly and timely. A thorough explanation was given about the appliances we purchased.

Austin & Aaron delivered our furniture, we received a call that they would arrive in 3-5 minutes, and they did. Brought the furniture in, set it up in record time. They were both very nice, and we thank them for their care.
