Sales experience was everything we would expect and want. Delivery service was top notch. Delivery personnel assembled and set-up and placed per our specification. They also noticed some damage (a stain because of damaged. packaging) and brought it to our attention. An equitable solution was promptly offered by the main office. We accepted the offer. Completely satisfied. Martin (every division; because we have also bought water-conditioning) is very easy and fair to do business with. A stark contrast to doing business with large national corporation big box businesses or even other regional furniture businesses. My wife and I have made a point to always shop at Martins for furniture and appliances because of their customer service. Our latest visit did not let us down. Janice our sales representative was knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with during the process. We looked at and tested most of their models and with the expert help of Janice we narrowed down to the perfect mattress and base. We were also able to pick out sheets with her guidance. She then set up a timely delivery by Austin and Dallas from their delivery team. These two young men with the assistance from two other guys. Removed our old bed and set up our new one. As a property manager of 230+ rentals, and a very active Realtor, I often have occasion to use Martin Appliance, Martin Water Conditioning, and even Martin Furniture. They are also my first call for any of my personal appliances, water treatment systems, and furniture. I'm always very happy with their service and expertise. They delivered my 2 orders together to save me a second delivery fee. The 2 young men who delivered my furniture were informative, respectful and always left me know exactly what they were doing and why. They closed the door to keep the AC indoors each time they went in and out. I had an old, big and heavy TV and they took it to my car for me so I could dispose of it. No hesitation at all. Couldn't ask for any better experience from beginning to end.

Moved and set up existing appliances at our new home and also delivered and set up new stove and refrigerator. Martin's salesman, Matt, and installers Austin and Dallas were excellent. From the day of purchase to the day of delivery and installation things went extremely smoothly. We have used Martin's several times in the past and will not hesitate to continue to do so. Our GE Range was installed two weeks ago and we are pleased with the purchase. Titus handled the sale over the phone, and Karl and Derrick delivered and installed the range. Karl found that the existing plug had internal damage which was likely the cause of the problem that prompted our purchase and he installed a new plug. Very happy with the smooth delivery and how careful the men were in our home. We've purchased from Martins before and recommend them.

Faulty installation of insinkerator caused the dishwasher to discharge soapy water on our wood floor that evening. The DIY instructions clearly said to remove the plug from the dishwasher inlet tube. Call to your emergency number solved problem. Floor is OK but we think a small compensation is in order.

Had a new washer installed and my old washer removed. Karl and Matt, the delivery men and technicians, called me prior to delivery, were on time, courteous and extremely professional. They took the time to give me a demo on my new washer. They were informed on the product and explained it well.

Servicemen, Karl and Matt were excellent in explaining things. Very pleasant and courteous.
